This is a superb pair of mixed media abstract paintings by the very Talented artist Dorlie Fuchs. Based in the South of France Dorlie uses natural materials to give the most amazing textures before creating striking paintings full of drama and intrigue. This piece is titled 'Roses' and has rose thorns on the canvas. The striking red colour with dark contrasts shows such emotion. As ever with art you can interpret it however you like. To me these paintings are of passion, love but then possibly anger with the deep shades of colour. These paintings are in timber floating frames and are ready to hang.
