This is a superb quality very large 18th century French cushion mirror made from genuine Tortoiseshell and brass. A very bold design that will make a statement in any home. Gorgeous colours with the brown tortoiseshell, the ebonised moulding and the brass decoration. Overall condition is very good with a small number of sympathetic restorations that are barely noticeable. The glass I believe has been replaced but is now a thick clean mirror plate making it perfectly useable and will add a lot to a room.
