About this piece
This is a fabulous quality, all original 18th century Dutch cabinet. The marquetry inlay in exceptional and makes this stand out in any interior. The thin glass in the top half again all original and has the tell tale signs of bubbling and waviness consistent with antique glass thats just beautiful. The top cabinet opens and locks well and contains two shelves ideal for plates, books or trinkets. The base is lightly faded in parts but nothing that takes away from the piece. Behind the cupboard doors is a shelved interior complete with two hidden oak drawers that are a lovely detail.
The size overall is impressive but remains neat. The shape of the cabinet is very elegant and the quality isn't done justice in these images.
