This is a rare and striking 18th century, totally original hall bench. Made from two solid planks or chestnut. The patina and colour are exceptional and the carved details on the back add to the interest of the piece. The overall condition is very good and the whole bench sits solidly. This would make an ideal hall bench or dining bench.
