About this piece
This is a very characterful 18th century Spanish table. It is made from walnut throughout and the top is a stunning single plank that has a wonderful patina and tactile feel that can only be achieved by being a well loved piece of furniture for over 200 years. The whole table is charming and its the quirks that give it the real decorative merits. The whole piece is solid and sits stable. Perfectly useable and the two drawers also open and close easily. The handles are metal which is a nice quality touch but for me the top and the character of the legs is what makes this table fabulous. Honest old repairs throughout and all treated for wood worm.
