About this piece
This is a very high quality, all original 18th century chest of drawers made from walnut. The figuring across the whole piece but particularly to the top is hugely attractive. All the patina adds a charm that can only be achieved from years of use. There are some details that set this Chest apart from others. The shaped corners on the top, the boarder around the top, the drawers have neat strung detail around their fronts and there is even strung details on the side panels. All drawers run and close well. The legs have a great shape to them also which gives a real elegance to the piece. A honest 18th century piece that will stand out in any home.
