About this piece

This is a fabulous quality 19th century Aesthetic movement / Arts and crafts desk in the manner of Charles Bevan. All the wonderful details are inlaid with no major faults. The legs give this design an elegance not common with this style of furniture. The top is ox blood red leather and in overall good condition. There are two drawers that run smoothly and close flush. The whole piece is made from solid oak and has stunning age related patina.
