The Piece

About this piece

This is a very high quality 20th century mahogany and leather writing desk. It dates to the late 19th century and looks to have strong influence from the Secessionist movement which was part of the Art Nouveau era. The condition of this desk is immaculate with no issues and light wear to the dark green/ black leather top. The leather has unusual tooled details as well.

The best part of this piece is the tiered shelf design with the holes through it. Great looking and sets this piece apart from the norm. The back is also attractive so this can be used in the centre of a room.

Height to writing level 75cm Height to top of shelf 92cm Width 108cm Depth 59cm
