About this piece
This is a fabulous solid oak all original 19th century Monastery table from the south of France. The colour to oak is wonderful and full of patina and wear that only add to the piece. The whole design is extremely rustic with hewn timber feet and naturalistic base. The top is three thick planks of oak with steel bolted cleats at each end. The size is very impressive also. I have never seen a table quite like this. Extremely heavy.
