About this piece
This is a very impressive Large early 19th century gilt mirror. The subtle details in the gesso and timber frame make this hugely decorative and the wear on the frame softens the gilt to a nice level. The size and clear plate make this a great addition to a room. The plate isn't new but is later than the age of the mirror. Overall condition very good. Can be used either portrait or landscape.
