The Piece

About this piece

This is a fabulous Early 19th century Gueridon table. The base is a classic columned design with subtle details made entirely of walnut. The more you look at the base the more details you see, there is the unusual leg shape with the finely carved decoration but on the top there is also a very fine carving of a leaf. The subtlety of this table is what makes it so decorative. The pale timber base and pale grey marble give this quite a contemporary edge which I absolutely love. The original casters still exist on the legs as well. Clean condition throughout as well.
