George 1st Style Irish armchair in Tapestry fabric

This is a very unusual, extremely high quality 19th century Irish country house armchair in George I style. It is upholstered in original tapestry which has a wonderfully worn colour to it. The chair itself is quite large and had a beautiful shape to its back. The frame is mahogany and has small hoof feet. Overall condition is very good with attractive wear throughout and perfectly useable.
