About this piece
This is a particularly nice 20th century Embroidered Uzbek rug. Fabulous colours and condition with a relatively contemporary design. The size is very impressive and its a heavy enough weight to be a rug but thin enough to work well as a wall hanging. The quality of the work is very high and the subtle woven background really helps the decoration stand out, making it hugely decorative.
