Oil on board painting by Jean Langlois (1923-2014)

This is a rather special piece of Art by renowned French painter Jean Langlois. The painting depicts a French cupboard with two pots and a rush seated chair. The almost monochrome colour pallet is what struck me about this piece. It has a wonderful warm feel that makes it inviting as well as hugely decorative. You can almost step into the scene and you would know exactly it would feel. 

This is large size and has been framed in a dark brown simple frame, but we can re frame if you prefer. A very impressive piece.
