This is a wonderful quality c.1820 Regency period Rosewood writing desk. The condition overall is very good with handsome signs of age. No major faults and solid condition. The Rosewood top is striking with such a strong grain that gives the whole piece a contemporary feel even though it is over 200 years old. The design is unusual as it can be used from either side with one drawer useable on each side. The perfect large console or writing desk.
