About this piece
This is a very nice quality 19th century French rush seated hall bench. Original patina and age but good solid condition throughout and rush seat all in tact with just one loose thread. But doesn't effect the usability at all. Great size making it a real feature in a room. It would also make a great dining bench for beside a dining table.
The design is particularly unusual and gives this a real difference to others I have seen.
