Set of 6 leather and Chrome 'Stripe' dining chairs by Giancarlo Vegni for Fasem

These are a set of 6 leather and chrome dining chairs by Giancarlo Vegni for Fasem. Known as the 'Stripe' chairs dating to the early 1980s. The design is iconic and consists of horizontal leather bands with hand stitched detail, standing on an elegant chrome tubular frame, hand-crafted in Italy. Overall condition is very good with the original leather showing their age handsomely. Some scratches and general scuffs but mostly just aged patina. The chrome frames are in clean condition as well.

A great piece of practical, comfy and stylish Italian design.
