All my antique armchairs have been fully restored, springs, legs, padding etc so these will stand the test of time even if used everyday.
This is a great piece of furniture, ideal for end of a bed or in a hallway. It is a Victorian storage ottoman of a large size. Ideal once upholstered to store shoes in and then be used as a seat while you put them on. The top can be made domed or flat depending on you preference and the rope holding the lid open can also be changed if you prefer. There is a solid mahogany border around the base so when this is upholstered it will be a very classy well made piece of furniture.
